KPF, Acquires technology certification of korean society of steel construction 

KPF announced on the 3rd that it recently received technical certification from the Korean Society of Steel Construction 

for "S10T Plus" high-tensile bolts for structures with a water repellent coating that maintains fastening and axial force 

even in high-wet environments such as water deposition.

KPF has developed an S10T Plus product that can maintain fastening force performance even when water and moisture penetrate

to ensure stable fastening of structures and improve construction quality. In the case of a general TS high-tensile force bolt, 

it showed good fastening force within the standard value under temperature change conditions, while the axial force decreased 

by more than 20% under water deposition conditions for 24 hours. On the other hand, KPF's S10T Plus satisfied not only

the standard value under temperature change conditions but also the axial force standard under water deposition conditions.

KPF also succeeded in developing ultra-high strength '14.9 Plus' used in machinery and equipment. 

Demand for hexagonal socket screws in Korea changed from 10.9 to 14.9 grades, but they were imported and used 

at high prices from Japan. KPF's 14.9 Plus is an ultra-high-strength bolt with high fatigue strength and elongation, 

and in the case of fatigue strength, it shows about twice as high performance as Japanese competitors, 

reducing external dependence and localizing.
