Long-term supply contract with KPF VINA, Keller & Kalmbach
KPF VINA (KPF VINA) discusses fastener products with German fastener distributors Keller & Kalmbach
Signed a long-term supply contract.
The total volume of the long-term supply contract is 3,600 tons, which amounts to 5 billion won in terms of amount. Keller & Kalmbach
Since it started trading with KPF's Vietnam subsidiary in the fourth quarter of 2011, it has steadily expanded its supply and signed a long-term supply contract this year.
I concluded.
Keller & Kalmbach started trading with a Vietnamese subsidiary in the fourth quarter of 2011, and in 2012 alone, the fastener was worth 1,571 tons and $ 2.14 million.
The product was supplied. The volume of this long-term supply contract is twice as much as last year's order volume.
It is analyzed with the intention to expand transactions with corporations in earnest.
A KFA official said, “Last October, the world's no.1 fastener distributor, Wuerth,
The first approval in Asia and the spread of word of mouth to customers in Europe seems to have been valid for this long-term supply contract.”
“We will lead the global fastener market through 50 years of technology and cheap labor in Vietnam.”
Revealed aspirations.
In April 2010, KPF was in Vietnam to compete with Chinese and Taiwanese companies entering the fastener market using cheap labor as a weapon.
Established a corporation. In June of last year, it moved to a new factory with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons, and was able to deal with fastener distributors in Europe and America.
It is spurring. For example, before the first half of last year, there were 19 clients for a Vietnamese subsidiary, compared to the second half of last year.
It has increased steadily and currently has 34 clients.
Currently, the Vietnamese subsidiary has received orders from European fastener companies, and the order balance is more than 7,000 tons by May this year.
The company is looking for an outsourcing company to meet the current excess volume, which is outside the subsidiary's monthly production capacity.
We plan to partially take charge of production through outsourcing companies by April this year when additional facilities are settled, and production will be expanded after the second half of the year.
Through this, the company plans to produce the entire order volume within the Vietnamese subsidiary.
