KPF selects 'Youth-Friendly Strong Enterprise' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor 

On December 27, KFP was selected as a youth-friendly small and medium-sized company for 2024 

organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

Youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprises are a system that has been implemented annually

since 2016 by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to improve awareness of small and medium-sized enterprises 

and encourage young people to find employment in small and medium-sized enterprises.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor selects excellent companies with high employment retention rates and credit ratings,

innovation capability evaluation, wage arrears, and industrial accidents among general companies to provide information 

on excellent small and medium-sized companies, and selected companies will receive various benefits 

such as employment support services, corporate publicity, preferential financial support, preferential selection of projects supported

by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, preferential tax investigation, preferential treatment for military service, additional points for

selecting military service designated companies, and preferential rental of public property.

In addition, KFP was selected for the second consecutive time as an "excellent company in labor and management culture" 

organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2023, It was also recognized as a company that exemplaryly practices

a win-win labor-management culture through cooperative labor-management relations.
